Yin Yoga for Respiratory and Immune Support

Yin Yoga is super healthy for both the physical and subtle body. Working on the meridians and energetic channels, it can support organ health, immunity, and emotional well being.
By applying principles of yoga, ayurveda, and traditional chinese medicine, we can understand how to keep the lungs and immune system strong.
In this online class, you’ll have an opportunity to do a gentle yin practice, along with meditation. During the practice Daniel will share the philosophical underpinnings of the practice, so you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing. We’ll also discuss lifestyle practices that will allow you to take supportive action in your daily life.
