The basics of working with Daniel or one of the other tam integration coaches.
How does integration coaching work?
Tam Integration’s coaching process has been refined over several years while working with innumerable clients. It’s designed to prepare the whole individual to meet powerful, ineffable experiences with clarity and an open heart. First we meet for sessions to get you ready for your journey, and then we meet afterwards to support you in processing the experience and moving into the next chapter of your life.
How does the intake process work?
First we have an initial chat on the phone for about an hour to make sure there is good reason for us to work together. We want both want to make sure that there is a good initial fit, and that what you are looking for and what I am offering match up. If we both feel like like I can help you achieve your outcomes with a high degree of certainty, we can enter into an agreement to meet one on one for a period of time.
At that point, we review an agreement [which has a full explanation of fees] and choose to work together–or we choose not to.
Either way, at that point, a choice is made based on our sense of whether it is a good fit us both–or not.
Pretty straightforward.
After the agreement is signed, I’ll send you a holistic intake for you to fill out. It not only helps me to get a better sense of where you are and how you might be able to grow from our work, but it also give you a chance to slow down, look at yourself, and reflect on your edges.
Are you a licensed therapist?
No. I am not a licensed California State mental health professional and do not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or any other mental health service that would require a license, nor do I hold myself out to provide such services. I provide consulting and educational services that often result in substantial learning, transformation, and the acceleration of your Professional Evolution.
Do you coach leaders outside the context of 'integration'?
Yes, I’m absolutely here to support leaders in emerging psychedelic markets meet their professional and business challenges effectively, and in a way that encourages personal growth, insight, and a commitment to value consistent with the greater community.
I live in Lawrence, Kansas. Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work with people all over the world, and Lawrence is a pretty cool place.
We use either zoom or signal (voice or video) to communicate.
Somepeople like signal because it is encrypted and private.
Some people prefer zoom.
Either is fine.
Can you provide me with psilocybin, or some other psychedelic?
No. We don’t encourage or condone any illegal activities. We won’t sell, share, or facilitate the obtaining of any illegal substances. Tam Integration solely exists to offer support, education, coaching, and consulting for people who are working to grow spiritually.
How much do you charge for 1:1 coaching?
If you’re interested in pursuing coaching, we can have a phone call to discuss that, as well as all where you are on your journey, why you reached out, and all the things that are important to you. I’ll tell you all about how I work and what I can offer. And then we can discuss price, which is more of less on par with therapy.
What if I'm concerned about privacy?
We’re committed to your privacy. The Tam Integration email addresses are set up through protonmail, which offers encrypted email service designed by the geniuses at CERN. I suggest you get one as well.
I also suggest you download the signal app, so we can have encrypted text, voice, and video chat.

What do circles cost?
We offer the circles in the Gift Model. It’s important that everyone is able to come regardless of of any externals.
You may choose to pay whatever price feels right for you, considering both your personal financial situation as well as your feeling of value and gratitude. You may pay what a typical event series like this costs, or you may choose more, less, or even free. Regardless of your financial means, we want you to participate. Will you help produce my psychedelic event?
Quite possibly. Our team loves events. But we are very busy, and with all of the events popping up all the time, from all corners of the world, we should definitely see if we are aligned at the levels of mission, values, and culture. We are commited to having the greatest possible impact.
Will you help train my facilitators?
If you want your psychedelic therapists trained in how Buddhist psychology, meditation, yoga, and ayurveda fit into a comprehensive plan for preparation and integration, you’ve come to the right place.
Can you share your perspective on the community?
I’m available for consulting engagements. I’ll share what I know, and offer what guidance I can on how to navigate the landscape as a good community member.
One of my employees needs coaching. Will you coach them?
On two conditions. First, they have to want coaching and to participate in the process. Second, you must agree that everything said inside the coaching container is confidential, and nothing will be shared without the client’s explicit consent.
