Creative and thought provoking inquiry and reflection offered with presence, curiosity, and care are the cornerstone of powerful coaching. You’ll learn the practical skills needed to engage your clients effectively.
Mindful & Somatic Psychedelic Preparation
Our psychedelic experience is a holistic experience, affecting every part of ourselves, so our preparation and integration should be too. You’ll learn Tam Integration’s model for journey preparation that includes:

Understanding and Overcoming Patterns
Identifying the underlying beliefs and emotions that keep your clients stuck and offering them tools to change is one of the hallmarks of great coaching. This practice also prepares us to enter a psychedelic journey with more flexibility and creative potential, and offers a powerful model for lasting integration.
Ceremony and Space Holding
Offering inclusive and therapeutic spiritual care is paramount in this work. Whether you choose to work with plant medicines or not, you’ll learn the foundations of creating safe, effective, and ethical containers for transformation. You’ll learn how to have conversations with clients so that ceremonies are inclusive and respectful of their traditions and beliefs.
Integration and Lasting Transformation
Be prepared to offer clients powerful methods of integration based on their individual needs. From aftercare for the tender to meaning making for the mystic to action plans for the inspired, you’ll have the tools to show up for people in a way that matters.

Of course we’ll discuss the actions and interactions of various molecules. We’ll discuss anecdotes around dosing strategies and reported effects, while understanding that none of us are pharmacists or doctors and cannot give medical advice or prescribe anything.

Building a Foundation to Support Intense Experience
We explore mindfulness practices, somatics, and coaching techniques that are relevant to the psychedelic experience. We’ll practice in ways that ground us, creating stability in our hearts and minds.
Creating a Container to Orient in the Vastness of Psychedelic Space
We’ll look at how ceremony, including invocations, rituals, and prayers help us center, creating intentions and boundaries that will support us in focusing on what is truly important to us.
Loving What is, Encountering the Unpleasant
If we’re on a transformational path, we often have to look at uncomfortable, painful truths. We’ll look at self love practices and methods of shadow work to train ourselves to turn towards what we usually run from, and to do it with love and compassion.
Resting in Unity, Moving in Integration
We explore activites and meditation we can do when we’re in a place of bliss and unity. We’ll also explore how to move from a mindful place after the journey, and how to create lifestyle practices that foster our highest values in a sustainable way.

Tam Integration’s integration coaching training creates a powerful container for people with emerging spiritual visions. While coaching is an art that requires years of practice to become proficient, by the end of the program, participants will understand and be initiated into the skills needed to serve others as catalysts for powerful personal change. Tam Integration Coaches have the tools to work with clients both in and out of the context of the psychedelic journey. Our coaches leverage the experiences they’ve had in entheogenic spaces, engaging with individuals from a place of deep presence, healing and care.
Our program offers group members an opportunity for community connection, coaching, guidance, and conscious practices.
You will be offered a curriculum designed that is intensely practical, so you feel confident in your ability to give your clients the lasting results that they not only deeply need, but also deserve.
We’ll cultivate our innate capacity for both groundedness and presence. You’ll gain tools to build clarity so that you can be available for the people sitting in front of you. We’ll come to understand how to support people artfully as the prepare for and integration from their journeys. We’ll strive together to ensure that one’s work both in and out of ceremony is infused with inner peace and positivity.
This Course Includes:
Six Months of Live Teachings
We’ll meet from January to June 2027. We’ll meet about 12 hours each month for interactive calls to learn coaching methodology and philosophy to support our journeywork and professional development. Our calls will be recorded and made available so that you will always have them for reference.
Retreat Weekend with Cannabis Journey
We’ll meet in Beautiful Woodsy Berkshire County to study in-person space holding skills. Enjoy meeting in person and exploring sacred practices to round out your coaching work.
Six Months of The Golden Road Mastermind
Each week, you’ll be invited to meditation practice and community calls for live coaching demos, peer support, and lively discussions about live, love, and the business of psychedelic spiritual care.
Monthly Training Intensives
Once a month we’ll gather to practice the tools we’ve learned and hone our skills. This course has a strong focus on personal practice
Robust Collection of Resources
Enjoy a variety of Tam training materials as well as collected articles, videos, and ephemera that will support a holistic and well rounded approach to coaching. This also includes over 150 hours of materials from the Tam’s 6 online conferences, The Psilocybin Summit and The Integration Jam.
